How to Check Order Status

You can obtain your order status and waybill number directly at "My Account" after shipped. You will also received emails from us regarding the processing of your order.

 

Once your order request has been received, we will send you an "Pleasure in Order Submitted!" email. Once you complete the payment, you will receive an email "Pleasure in Order Payment Succeed!". 

 

Within 24/48 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive a "Pleasure in Shipping Notification!" with your tracking number.
